Laser cutting
Laser cutting is the most precise cutting method available, allowing you to achieve high-precision results on materials of all sizes and types up to 8 meters long and 2.5 meters wide.
Our advanced “Trumpf TruLaser 8000” 6 kW equipment and powerful, computer-controlled processing are ideal for any laser application – from cutting to engraving and marking.
CNC bending
With the latest “Trumpf TruBend 8800” and “Trumpf TruBend 5230” CNC bending machines, with a maximum bending length of 8050 mm (830 t compressive force), we are able to produce highly complex, repeatedly bent and assembled parts.
Pressure bending technology, automatic CNC bending and the ACB laser bending angle measurement system meet the highest requirements for the production of light and heavy sheet metal parts, ensuring excellent quality and precision.
Welding
Our highly skilled team can turn your design into a precisely finished product. We apply a wide range of high-tech and traditional manufacturing skills to achieve cost-effective and high-quality results.
We use “Mig” and “Tig” welding technologies, which allow us to offer competitive prices and fast production, both for one-off and serial production.
Finishing techniques
For your convenience, we offer a wide range of metalworking finishing techniques including shot blasting, wet painting and drying for a wide range of industries – from railways and automotive to architecture and catering.
Our brand new equipment allows us to reduce operating costs. The latest technology can clean and paint components size up to 18 m x 5 m x 5 m.
Abrasive cleaning
Abrasive cleaning (shot blasting) can smooth a rough surface or, on the contrary, ruffle a very smooth one. Abrasive blasting also allows surfaces to be shaped and various deposits to be removed.
We use a “SciTeex” chamber 15m x 5m x 5m, so we can process many large components in this way.
Turning
With state-of-the-art turning CNC machines and years of experience, we can handle even the most complex orders.
Professional skills and a wide range of turning tools for internal and external surfaces make it possible to turn parts of all sizes and turn the customer’s vision into reality.
Drilling
The team’s many years of experience and the right equipment for each situation allow us to precisely drill metal parts of different thicknesses and hardness.
Our modern and powerful drilling equipment meets the highest standards, so we can guarantee that all drilling work will be carried out with maximum quality and accuracy.
Assembly
In addition to the production of individual metal parts, we offer our customers complete assembly or welding of the product.
Our experienced team will assemble even the most complex products with precision and quality. And because we carry out the process in our own production facilities, we do it quickly and efficiently.
