Laser cutting


Laser cutting is the most accurate method of cutting and can be used on a whole range of materials. Our advanced Trumpf TruLaser 8000 6kW laser output equipment and high performance, computer controlled production are perfect for any laser application from cutting to engraving and marking.

The dimensions of the required metal part can be
up to 8000 mm in length and 2500 mm in width.

Fast and comprehensive sheet metalwork service



KMT operates the latest CNC  Trumpf TruBend 8800, max bending length 8050 mm (800 t) and Trumpf TruBend 5230, max bending length 3230 mm (230 t) machines which allow us to produce highly complex and multi-folded and prefabricated parts.
The pressure reference bending technology, automatic CNC crowning  and ACB laser bending angle measuring system it utilities fulfills the highest demands for the production of sheet metal parts for a wide variety of applications in both light and heavy gauge sheet metal.

Fabrication, Welding and Assembly


Our highly skilled team has the capability to translate your design into a precision finished item. We apply a broad range of high-tech and conventional fabrication skills to the cost-effective manufacture of many products.

Complex structures are assembled and produced in our fabrication department and we are able to supply complete bolted or welded assemblies.

Mig and Tig welding allows us to offer competitive prices and fast turnaround for both custom items and series production. In addition we offer services from approved partners: milling, casting, hardening, punching, grinding, polishing.

Finishing techniques


For your convenience we offer a variety of finishing techniques including shot blasting, wet painting and drying facilities making us a real one-stop-shop for all your metalwork requirements.


Our brand new shot blasting and wet painting facilities work in-line to reduce operational costs. With the capability to blast  and paint components up to 18m x 5m x 5m, our state-of-the-art machinery is ideal for blasting and painting large scale components.

This investment allows us to offer subcontract finishing services to a wide range of industries including
rail, automotive, architectural, catering and more.
